Hot off the presses -- KQED Forum will be focusing on same-sex divorce tomorrow morning, from 10-11:00 PST. Guests will be East Bay attorney/mediator Frederick Hertz; Alice Kessler, Government Affairs Director for Equality California; and myself. Fred and I just got back about 10 days ago from the American Bar Association dispute resolution conference in Seattle, where we joined therapist/mediator Stacey Shuster for a workshop on alternative dispute resolution for same-sex dissolutions.
